A: Absolutely! In fact, you're perfect for yoga. That's why we do it - to work on our flexibility of both body and mind. We all have to start somewhere. What's more is yoga is tailored to meet each individual's needs and body type. You'll never be pressured to do anything that isn't just right for you. That's the beauty of the practice.
Q: What do I need to get started?
A: Just yourself and your willingness to try something new. A good mat is certainly helpful too!
Q: How long and how often should I practice?
A: Practice as much or little as your needs are on this day. If you have more time, do more. If not, don't stress. Sometimes the only yoga we need for the day is a smile.
